These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Satori Method testimonial platform — the public pages where stories are displayed and the form where stories are submitted. By using either, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can submit
You may submit a testimonial if you are at least 16 years old, are sharing your own genuine experience, and have the right to share any photo, video, or material you upload alongside it.
2. Your content, your rights
You retain ownership of every testimonial, photo, and video you submit. By submitting, you grant Satori Method a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the limited purpose of promoting our programs across our website, partner sites, marketing materials, and social channels.
You can revoke this licence at any time by emailing us; we will remove your testimonial from surfaces under our control as soon as we receive the request.
3. What you promise when you submit
- The testimonial reflects your own honest experience.
- You own the photo / video, or you have permission to share it.
- You have not been paid or coerced to submit it.
- Your content does not include anything defamatory, infringing, unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- You are not impersonating anyone else.
4. What we promise
- We will review every submission with care before it goes public.
- We may edit your testimonial for length, clarity, or typos — never to change its meaning.
- We will never sell your email address.
- We will honour deletion requests promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or republish testimonials in bulk; use the site in any way that would damage, disable, overburden, or impair it; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
6. Third-party services
Our site is hosted on infrastructure operated by third parties (including Vercel for web hosting and Supabase for database and storage). Their respective terms and privacy practices apply to the portions of the service they provide.
7. Disclaimers
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and outcomes. They are not medical advice or a guarantee of results. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your physical, mental, or emotional health.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satori Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or the content displayed on it.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
