Privacy Policy

Last updated May 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Satori Method (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you submit a testimonial or interact with the testimonial pages we publish.

1. What we collect

When you submit a testimonial we ask for, and you choose to provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address (kept private, used only for verification and follow-up)
  • Your job title, location, and the program you participated in (optional)
  • The text of your story, and optionally a photo or a link to a video
  • A star rating

We do not collect any sensitive personal information beyond what you choose to include in your testimonial.

2. How we use it

  • To display your testimonial on our website and partner sites — only after you have explicitly agreed to share it publicly.
  • To contact you for clarification, to confirm consent, or to follow up about your experience.
  • To improve the programs and content based on the patterns we hear from our community.

3. What is public, what is private

Public: the text of your testimonial, your first name and last initial (or full name if you allow), your job title, your location, your photo, and your star rating.

Private: your email address and any internal notes we keep about your submission. These are never shown publicly and are visible only to authorised administrators.

4. Where your data lives

Testimonial data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + Object Storage), hosted in a region we choose for performance and compliance. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Photos and videos you upload are stored in the same Supabase project.

5. Cookies

We use the minimum cookies necessary to operate the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Your rights

You can, at any time, ask us to:

  • Send you a copy of the testimonial data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccuracies in your submission
  • Remove your testimonial from our site and partner sites
  • Delete the email address associated with your submission

To exercise any of these rights, write to connect@vikasbendha.com.

7. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect testimonials from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has submitted a testimonial, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided when submitting a testimonial.
